We have known each other for 8 years and together we carried out several projects before we decided to provide services. We believe that by combining financial and investment competences, we are able to meet the expectations of companies and investors. We see our advantage in our approach to customers because we ourselves have solved problems that customers encounter on a daily basis. Therefore, we offer comprehensive services or complementary services to meet the needs of our customers. Having worked directly on transactions for many years and providing financial services, we know that making business decisions is based on reliable data. Therefore, we decided that we would help companies obtain financing, conduct purchase/sale transactions of shares, as well as provide accounting and controlling services.

Jakub Pietrzak has over 10 years of experience in the areas of business valuation, conducting transaction processes, securing financing for companies, financial statement analysis, and corporate controlling.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He also studied at the University of Zaragoza and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Currently, he is in the process of obtaining the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification.

He began his professional career in the finance and investment department of PAGED S.A. (now Thumos Capital), where he was responsible for financial matters within the capital group, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as company valuations.

He worked in the Belgian fund mitiska-reim, where he was responsible for preparing the fund’s market entry strategy in Poland and joint ventures with retail park developers.

From 2019, he worked at PFR Ventures, where he was responsible for the development of the Biznest program.

From 2021 to 2023, he served as an Investment Manager at Michał Kiciński’s investment boutique, overseeing the evaluation and implementation of investment projects and corporate supervision of the investment portfolio.

Tomasz Zapała – is a certified auditor, restructuring advisor with over 15 years of experience in the field of: management of finances and accounting departments of companies, restructuring of enterprises, audits and reviews of financial statements, attestation services, valuations, controlling and financial analyses.

The graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) started his professional career in the controlling department of BMW Polska Sp. z o. o. and then continued in the audit and business consulting departments of PKF Audyt Sp. z o. o. and TPA Sp. z o. o. In 2016/2017, member of the PAGED S.A. team. (currently Thumos Capital) responsible for financial matters in the capital group, in particular: corporate supervision of subsidiaries, budgeting, financial modeling, stock exchange reporting (WSE).

Since 2017, he has been associated with the ID Finance Group, responsible for the restructuring project of the Company’s operations. From August 2017, Financial Director, and from April 2019, CEO at ID Finance Sp. z o. o. responsible for all financial and operational activities in the company.
